Services for substance use include entry services, community treatment services, outreach, and case management. Services for problem gambling include entry services, initial assessment/treatment planning, community treatment services, case management, and prevention awareness services. Services are for individuals 12 years and older. CCAS provides assessment, day-time crisis intervention, case management, and community-based counselling services to adults 18 years and older. Specialized services are available for the seriously mentally ill, including those involved in the forensic system. Referral to psychiatric services, and/or other district and regional services is available.
