A multi-disciplinary team of mental health professionals that provides comprehensive, community-based, intensive case management services to an adult population who experiences severe and persistent mental illness. The program incorporates the ACT model of varied service intensity, and service delivery including assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation and support services in a community-based setting.

Focused treatment for adults with impulse control issues, depression, anxiety and panic.

Provides assessment and referral to outpatient services or admission, if necessary. Service is available to anyone entering the emergency department with a mental health issue.

Assesses and treats children and adolescents that present with serious mental illness that may be treated on an outpatient basis.

Provides services to persons up to age 35, who are experiencing their first episode of psychosis. Clinical services provided include assessment, case management, provision of education to clients and their families and links to other services.

Serves children up to 18 years of age who are experiencing problems related to Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and associated difficulties including emotional, behavioural and learning issues. Social workers, child and youth workers, and a psychiatrist provide assessment, treatment and community programming for children, families and helping professionals.

Social recreational program with work activity and medication clinic for those with serious mental illness.

Permanent housing for adults with serious mental illness who have been or are about to be homeless. Residents live independently in self-contained units with staff on site for support weekdays and on call evenings and weekends.

Long-term housing and support for adults with serious mental illness who are or have been homeless. Support staff is available on-site and are on call for crisis management. Provides safe, affordable housing, as well as assistance with goal planning, linkage with community resources, skills teaching, advocacy and monitoring.

Assists and support individuals who have a major mental illness and have a criminal history. Individuals are supervised and supported by a forensic case manager who facilitates psychiatric treatment, referrals to community services, housing and financial assistance, family intervention, crisis management and mental health monitoring. Clients referred must have a current criminal charge or conviction, and a major mental illness diagnosis.

Intensive case management provided by staff who visit clients one to two times a week and provide phone support. Staff assist individuals in finding housing, assessments and goal planning, service coordination, mental health monitoring, and activities of daily living skill building.

Provides barrier-free access to lifesaving treatment by providing medical treatments for addiction and same-day counselling services to patients with addiction counsellors from Pinewood Centre. RAAM Clinic patients will have access to the following: - Assessment of substance use disorders and review of treatment options - Initiate medications when indicated for alcohol use disorder and opioid use disorder - Overdose prevention education and take-home Naloxone kits - Referrals to Pinewood Centre addiction services and other services as needed - Management of acute alcohol and opioid withdrawal

Offers community and hospital-based crisis response, immediate, short-term follow-up and urgent outpatient consultations. Service is provided by telephone, mobile/community visits, brief psychotherapy, e-modules and emergency department visits.
