Support Within Housing - Mental Health

Program Description

The goal of the program is to provide supported living to prepare people to live independently. It provides tenants with moderate to intense case management and support services. Accommodations include private rooms with shared facilities. Model of service is psychosocial rehabilitation.

Organization's Current Reported COVID-19 Response

Gateways agency offices and buildings (178 King, 60 King – Welland 569 and 555 King - Port Colborne, and 4750 Huron Street - Niagara Falls) will be closed until further notice. We will continue support services moving forward by telephone to our consumers. Gateways outreach staff will continue to provide outreach to our homeless population Workers can be reached through our main office at 905 735 4445.
