Outpatient Clinic - Mental Health

Program Description

Community-based outreach teams provide provide assessment and psycho-geriatric consultation in the client's own environment. Clinics include the Late Life Mood Disorder Clinic, General Geriatric Program, Memory Clinic and Neuropsychiatry. The clinics also provide groups on health and age-related topics, consultation to community agencies, advocacy, education and support to the clients' family members and community education.

Access Information

Referrals are accepted from all sources including professionals, physicians, family members and self. Referrals are through Access CAMH.
