Program Description

The program provides a comprehensive continuum of care by providing flexible, portable and individualized supports. Principle of service is recovery. Average length of stay is five and a half years. Referrals come from the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) and the St. Joseph's Hospital Family Health Team. Applications are usually processed within a one month period by the Regeneration Community Services case management team.

COVID-19 - March 24: We are pausing our intake process at this time. Staff are taking precautions with support to clients and tenants as appropriate with physical distancing , PPE, increased connection via technology as appropriate and possible.

Access Information

Referrals are accepted from all sources and are processed through The Access Point. Referrals also come from the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) and the St. Joseph's Hospital Family Health Team.
