Support Within Housing - Mental Health

Program Description

Offers long-term housing for individuals. Tenants in this program have access to (some) nursing, addiction and housing supports that are complementary to other health and housing supports they have in place.

Access Information

Expressions of interest are accepted directly via Indwell's coordinated system. We work in partnership with municipalities and local health authorities, and individuals will be supported in accessing municipal wait lists.
