Program Description

The psycho-geriatric outreach program provides comprehensive assessment for persons over 65 years of age experiencing mental health problems. Model of service is bio-psychosocial assessments and some short-term follow-up. Special provisions are made for clients under the age of 65 based on history of memory loss.

Referrals are made in collaboration with the family physician.
