Program Description

Community Mental Health Services of Pembroke Regional Hospital provides an Early Intervention program that supports people who are experiencing a first episode psychosis. This program is developed in partnership with the Ottawa Hospital On Track program to provide specialized assessments and supports for the client and their family when the clients has experienced a first psychotic episode. Clients will receive supports with medications, understanding the signs and symptoms of their illness, assistance to access financial support, crisis, social and group activities.

Access Information

All referrals to the Mental Health, Pembroke Regional Hospital program for all categories of service are directed through a central intake. Anyone can refer to this program, self, family service provider, physician etc.
