Program Description

This program is for people with mental health issues who do not require an admission to hospital and who are not safe to stay in their current environment.

Access Information

Referrals accepted from all sources. Public referrals call the crisis line.

Individuals must have mental health issues or be experiencing a crisis. Individuals may not access this program:
- if they meet the criteria for admission to an inpatient unit
- if they are intoxicated or in a state of withdrawal requiring detoxification services
- if they refuse to comply with the service policies and procedures
- if they decline the service offered.
