Program Description

This program provides education for older adults, families, healthcare agencies, and other community stakeholders in the community.

Access Information

The program serves the Guelph Wellington Dufferin communities and engages with partners across the Waterloo Wellington Local Health Integration Network (WW LHIN) for collaborative education initiatives and fostering of program linkages. GCEP maintains linkages with the Waterloo Wellington Seniors System Coordinator and Psychogeriatric Resource Consultants (PRC) to ensure effective planning and best practice approaches in service delivery and coordinated education.
