Program Description

Mental Health Crisis Support Services are available 24 hours per day, seven days a week. The program provides counselling to children, adults and their families who are in acute mental health crisis or distress and/or situational or psychosocial distress. The Mental Health Crisis Support Services also offers a walk-in clinic, and mobile outreach team for individuals wishing to meet face-to-face with a counsellor. Model of service is mental health crisis intervention which includes immediate telephone and walk-in and outreach support consisting of stabilization support, follow up and referrals.
