Program Description

Intake staff will gather information, determine eligibility for services and provide information regarding the different services offered at the organization. If the individual requires other services, support with referral and linkages to other community organizations is provided.

Access Information

Call to book an appointment with Intake. Individuals under the age of 18 under sole custody of one parent are eligible for services. If custody is shared, consent must be obtained from both parties. Youth who are 12 years and older will be seen independently from parents.
