Program Description

This program is for individuals who have historical or current use of opioids that may or may not be accessing substitution therapies. Counselling services will be provided in a variety of locations depending on client need. Community Education is also available as requested. Clients are booked for assessment appointments based on needs identified in clinical screening protocol. Length of appointment may vary based on client need and circumstances. Assessment is usually one to two hours to develop treatment plan using standardized assessment tools.

Access Information

A walk-in screening and assessment is available on Monday and Thursday afternoons, in London, starting at 1300, and St. Thomas the first and third Tuesdays of the Month, starting at 1300, if client has no restrictions or barriers (this is not a crisis walk-in, plan to stay for up to two hours). Walk-in screening and assessment is also available in London and Oxford counties. Call for more details and other options. This program works in partnership with local RAAM Clinics.
