Access Information

The majority of the youth in the Ottawa region receive services in their secondary school. The youth who come from the wider Champlain district receive services at the site # 3 address. An in-house questionnaire is used to assess parents. Requests are brought to the clinical team through the secretary-receptionist. The clinical team studies each case and makes decisions in accordance to the policies (e.g.: a different psychotherapist will work with the youth to ensure confidentiality).
