Program Description

This program provides assessment, referral, and treatment for clients who are using any opioid substances and/or family members or loved ones of a person using opioids. This program aims to reduce the harms that can come from opioid substance use, which may or may not include abstinence. Outreach is provided to clients interested in this program, which can meet with clients in ADAPT offices or in the community.

Access Information

Anyone can refer, including professionals, family members, and self. Clients are asked to refrain from attending service while impaired due to substance use.
