Program Description

The program offers 48 self-contained units with housing support and intensive case management for women, including women with children who have complex substance use issues and other complex needs. The program is based on the Housing First model, which provides supportive housing to people without requirements for engagement in addiction treatment or abstinence. The supports to housing will be proactive but voluntary based on choice, citizenship and rights and responsibilities. There four substance use counsellors and case managers supporting women in this program.
