Program Description

Therapeutic community. Structured program. Weekend leave (on some weekends). Eligible for home visits following initial four weeks of program. Must attend school (on-site high school classes).

Access Information

GAIN Q3 MI ONT assessment required.

Youth Health Beds are accessed through Here 24/7 for clients who reside in Waterloo Wellington Dufferin. Direct referrals are also accepted. Must be detoxified (as long as needed depending on the individual). Must be assessed by Portage for suitability. Must have health card.
