Program Description

The Pre-Arrest Diversion Program was developed to reduce the probability of contact with the legal system for those living with mental illness and/or addiction. Service delivery is based on the case management model with an emphasis on illness stabilization; life skills; building social and family support systems; education and advocacy and restorative justice.

Access Information

Open referrals, Referrals mainly come from the police and court workers. Clients from our 13 First Nation Communities. Referrals can also be made through First Nations Health Centres.
