Case Management/Supportive Counselling & Services - Addictions Supportive Housing

Program Description

The goal of the program is to increase the health and social outcomes for people with problematic substance use and/or concurrent disorders who are homeless, at risk of becoming homeless, or are inadequately housed by providing permanent, stable housing. The program supports individuals through intensive case management and uses a harm reduction and recovery model approach.

Organization's Current Reported COVID-19 Response

Residential services will continue to operate and efforts will be made to mitigate the risk of exposure for staff and clients such as enhanced client screening, increased efforts to sanitize physical space, limiting group interactions and increasing diversion efforts upon intake.

Access Information

All referrals go through the Supportive Housing Counsellor. In order to qualify, individuals must be homeless, at risk of homelessness or marginally housed. Call for availability details.
