Residential Withdrawal Management Centres

Program Description

Non-medical Withdrawal Management Services provided to those in need of care during the withdrawal of psychoactive drugs or alcohol. This program gives aid by way of meeting basic needs, emotional support, in addition to being introduced to provincial resources and the benefits of recovery. Salvation Army Centre of Hope is a co-ed and LGBTQ+ friendly environment.

COVID-19 Note

We are applying universal precautions as per Ministry of Health guidelines. Currently recommending that clients from outside of the London, Middlesex, and St. Thomas area find services closer to home.

Access Information

This is a 24 hour a day self-referral program that allots available bed space on a first come first serve basis. To access services you must meet basic criteria of health. To see if you meet this criteria call to complete a pre-intake screening and check for bed availability. Please note that bed space is limited and you must be prepared to intake shortly after be screened. Telephone support can also be provided for those in need.
