Program Description

Offers a range of rehabilitation and treatment options to support recovery and wellness for individuals with concerns around substance use, including alcohol. Services are delivered within a harm reduction framework that meets individuals where they are at to promote health, safety and wellness along a spectrum of behaviours including abstinence.

Access Information

Referral form must be completed and is accepted from all sources. Call or complete online self-referral to access services. Professionals can complete the external-referral form on the website.

Standardized psychosocial assessment at intake. Individuals are referred to the organization or community based services that address their needs.
