Peer/Self-Help - Mental Health

Program Description

Provides peer support to individuals and families affected by depression, bipolar disorder and other related mood disorders. Offers telephone support, information and referral, public education, resource materials and anti-stigma workshops, and presentations in the community.

Regular peer support groups are offered virtually across the province and may be offered in-person in some locations.
