Addictions Treatment - Substance Use

Program Description

Provides case management, support groups held in-house or in the community and brief family counselling to male/female youth aged 15-24 who reside in the Jane/Finch area. This Y-Connect program is offered in partnership with CMHA Toronto and Black Creek Community Health Centre.
