Program Description

The Warm Line is for young adults, adults and seniors with mental illness, living in the Greater Toronto area. The Warm Line is operated by peers who have been there, understand, and are aware of the loneliness and isolation often felt by others living with mental illness. The Warm Line offers service by telephone, texting and online chat. It is available seven days a week from 2000 to 2400 hours.

Access Information

No referral is needed. Anyone wanting to talk or text about: Feeling lonely, feeling distressed, feeling isolated, or having a a bad day and need someone to talk to. Please call 416-960-9276 or text 647-557-5882. The online chat is available at
