Program Description

Community based service which provides treatment, rehabilitation and support to people with a severe and persistent mental illness 365 days per year.

Access Information

Referrals can come from self, families, clients, psychiatrists, and community organizations.

To qualify for the program, the client must agree to be an active participant in the recovery/ rehabilitation process. The candidate must be living with a severe and persistent mental illness that impairs the functioning required for community living.
