Program Description

This program provides services to individuals who are struggling with mental health and/or substance use issues.

Services utilize psychosocial rehabilitation, abstinence-based practices and harm reduction to facilitate individual movement through a therapeutic process.

Access Information

This program is part of a centralized screening and intake process. Referrals can come from families, self, psychiatrists, and community organizations.

To qualify for the program, the individual must agree to be an active participant in the recovery/ rehabilitation process. The candidate must have a primary diagnosis of a serious mental illness or concurrent disorder.
