Program Description

This is a 8 week psycho-educational program. After the 8 week group sessions, bi-weekly check ins are available for additional Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) supplies and counselling. The program provides assistance to individuals living with a serious mental illness to quit or reduce the use of tobacco products.

Access Information

Self-referral accepted, but clients must be 18 years and older, have a severe and persistent mental illness and active mental health follow up.
