Program Description

The Assertive Community Treatment Team is a team of mental health professionals that provide client-centered treatment, rehabilitation and support to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. It is intended for individuals with the highest intensity of need due to complex, long-term serious psychiatric issues. Model of service is assertive community treatment. Average length of stay is greater than two years.
