ConnexOntario Mission Statement
Through the use of leading edge technology, ConnexOntario provides hope, early help* and a human voice 24-hours per day to all individuals seeking information on, for example, mental health, drug, alcohol, and gambling problems. ConnexOntario also provides data to service planners seeking access to quality health and human services information.
ConnexOntario Vision Statement
We will deliver the most helpful, visible, agile and comprehensive system information for the people of Ontario, serving as the flagship* organization in helping people and organizations connect to the health and human services they need.


ConnexOntario Value Statement

1. Service and Support Individuals deserve respectful and responsive support in accessing high-quality, reliable and timely information about the Ontario health and human services system. We will meet the needs of the client by providing equal and consistent access, in either official language, wherever the client lives, and using various methods of communication.

2. Accountability We will use our resources efficiently and effectively to serve as an honest broker of health and human services information. We will remain open to the highest standards of public scrutiny through transparency of the services we deliver, and integrity of our management and governance systems.
