Program Description

Free counselling is provided at the Hub, through support from YWHO and our Community Partners, Timmins YWH counsellors are available by appointment or walk-in to have conversations with youth who may be struggling with mental health or substance use. They help create a safe and welcoming environment for youth and are able to refer them to further services and supports as needed.

Access Information

Youth may book appointments in person or by phone. Walk in services are also available, depending on service provider availability.

Off Site / Community Hours: Wednesday: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Saturday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PMMain Hours: Monday - Thursday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Wednesday - Saturday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Main hours take place at the main office. Saturday hours are one week at main office, alternating week at a community location. Summer hours in place for July and August.
