We can:
- provide contact information for services and supports in the caller's community
- listen, offer support and provide strategies to help people meet their goals
- provide basic education about gambling, drug or alcohol and mental health problems
ConnexOntario maintains the most comprehensive health services database in Ontario. We connect daily with service providers and other professionals to gather current and accurate data about treatment beds, support groups, crisis lines and other health services.
Our reporting service can respond to a full range of scheduled and ad-hoc requests for information in multiple formats including charts, maps, graphs, spreadsheets and automated electronic file transfers.
ConnexOntario plays a significant role in contributing statistical data for the development of public policy and strategic planning around resources. We respond to requests from provincial and federal governments, Local Health Integration Networks, social planning bodies, service providers and other professionals, scientists and researchers, and the general public.
