Early Psychosis Intervention

Program Description

Early Intervention Services (EDIS) for Youth/Young Adults offers outpatient clinical services for individuals who are experiencing a first episode of psychosis, have a family history of a psychotic disorder, are experiencing a recent deterioration with their ability to function, and have not been on medication to treat psychosis for longer than one month.

Services include:
- Screening for early psychosis, mood, and anxiety disorders
- Identification and treatment of symptoms of psychosis
- Assessment and monitoring of symptoms
- Medication management
- Clinical care and emotional support
