Program Description

Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) is a multi-disciplinary community team providing treatment, rehabilitation, and support services individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.

Access Information

People interested in Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) are encouraged to discuss it with their current treatment team or physician. Eligibility for receiving ACT services is determined through collaboration with the client, ACT staff, the referral source and other mental health care providers.
