Program Description

Booth Supportive Services provides case management supports to clients to become stably housed, remain housed, and work towards recovery. The case management model that the program draws on is Critical Time Intervention (CTI).

Concurrent Disorder Clients

Access Information

The criteria for program admission is that clients have a mental health/addictions diagnosis, be +18, have a history of chronic homelessness, and housing has been recently secured.
