Program Description

Community-based case management for people with serious mental illness who are in conflict with the law for minor offenses. Program includes ongoing assessments, treatment planning, coordination of required services, one on one, group and family counselling, conflict resolution and crisis prevention, housing supports, discharge planning, referral to community resources, Court Diversion Order coordination.

Access Information

Referrals are through the Canadian Mental Health Association/Nipissing Court Support and Diversion Program, police services, probation, and/ or other mental health community organizations.
