Support Within Housing - Mental Health

Program Description

Support within housing program that provides residents with the ability to thrive independently within their community. Professional staff support is on-site and work 24/ 7. This program works to support the residents by addressing their recovery and well-being goals, helping residents to develop and maintain life living skills, such as cooking, cleaning and hygiene practices.

Access Information

Referrals accepted from self, family or professionals. Referral is through The Access Point. Ten page application. Initial staff interview, followed by house visit for acceptable applicant.
