Program Description

Mental Health Works is a national program that helps organizations to manage their duty to accommodate employees experiencing mental health disabilities such as depression or anxiety in the workplace. Mental Health Works provides workshops and presentations about mental health in the workplace, designs and delivers customized training, delivers e-learning, and offers free information for employers and employees on its website.

Access Information

Employers should contact Mental Health Works at the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Ontario provincial office for all services, including customized training, consultations or for general inquires. Employees may visit the website for general information about rights and accommodation. There is a cost for some services. Custom workshops and consultations are priced individually.
