Program Description

The District Mental Health and Addiction Aftercare Program (DMHA) provides the aftercare support necessary to maintain sobriety. The aftercare program consists of eight to twelve individual weekly counselling sessions using the Structured Relapse Prevention Program. These sessions will help clients to identify high-risk situations in which they might relapse, and to develop coping skills to deal with these situations.

Access Information

The MOHLTC-approved standardized assessments are provided in-house if necessary. Client must currently be sober and/ or have completed a residential treatment program.
