Program Description

Peer Support Workers support individuals and family members in taking an active role in recovery. Peer Support workers bring a unique perspective to their work through their own lived experience with mental health issues and or addictions, and can encourage people to have hope for recovery. Peer Support Workers also facilitate a weekly peer support group and Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP).
