Family Initiatives

Program Description

Individual supportive counselling provided by Family Outreach Workers to support families dealing with mental health issues. Includes referrals to other community resources, education, advocacy, coping strategies, and supportive counselling. Confidential services provided in-person or on the telephone.

Self-referrals are accepted. The focus of our services is on supporting family members who have a relative with mental illness.
