Program Description

Program provides consultation, assessment, diagnosis, and intensive home based treatment. In partnership with the Griffen Community Support Network and Cota Dual Diagnosis Case Management provides access to crisis supports, safe bed, and short and medium term case management. The Dual Diagnosis Resource Service provides consultation and support to family members and service providers caring for individuals with dual diagnosis. Model of service is biopsychosocial. Average length of service is up to six months.
