Addictions Treatment - Problem Gambling

Program Description

Uses eclectic approach, some emphasis on solution focus, systems approach. Individual and family counselling offered at all office sites (can provide counselling by phone for those unable/unwilling to attend). Generally, appointments are 60 minutes, frequency and duration dependent on need. Community treatment providing assessment treatment planning, referral, case management, and outpatient counselling for clients of all ages concerned about gambling and their families.

Access Information

The MOHLTC-approved standardized assessments are provided in-house and a psychosocial interview is also used. The gambler and/or concerned others can access service. Client or referral agent can schedule appointments, which are all booked through main office. Phone counselling is available. Clients can remain anonymous if they wish.
