Program Description

Community Day Services (CDS) offers accessible supports, with a goal of providing 'as needed' and 'just in time' service to prevent the need for re-admission and to reinforce client-centered goals for recovery.

CDS consists of three program components:
- clinics - clozapine and injection clinics, dual diagnosis, metabolic monitoring
- groups
- individualized recovery supports - (1-3 sessions with a nurse, recreation therapist, dietician or spiritual care provider)

Open to anyone who has a support in community.

Access Information

Referrals are made through the individual, their support person or psychiatrist, with the consent of the client.

Individuals must have a community support person, psychiatrist and/or doctor.
