Support Within Housing - Mental Health

Program Description

Congregate living for adults who wish for that style of home. In addition to housing we provide support to those individuals within the housing program. This may include individual service planning, symptom management, supportive counselling, life skills training, medication support education and advocacy.

Access Information

Self-referrals are possible, intake appointment within four weeks to determine eligibility, i.e., serious mental illness. Referrals are received and organized through the main office in Woodstock. The meetings will take place in the local setting. Must be an ACTT (RMHC) or PEPP (Woodstock General Hospital) client or a client of CMHA. Must have active ongoing support.
