The first step the government says is to use the Ontario government's online assessment tool. If you are still unsure after using the online tool, you can contact Telehealth at 1-866-797-0000 or your primary health care provider. They will direct you on whether you should be self-isolating, or whether or not to visit an assessment centre or an emergency room.
